I first heard about this wonderful book a few months ago. Today, I received it in the mail. I loved it so much it inspired me to put on my “teacher’s hat” and create a lesson plan and activities to use when reading this book. If you are a parent, you could ask to do this lesson in your child’s classroom for Food Allergy Awareness Week (May 13-19). You could also pass it along to the teachers in your child’s school district or to local libraries and children’s centers.
It is my hope that you will download these lessons and share them. If you do, please take the time to “Follow” my blog, leave comments and to “like” our facebook page. I appreciate it!
